We work closely with homeowners, HNIs, collectors, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients to help them discover and acquire original art.
We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our in-house team and take ownership of lead generation, CRM management, and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
* Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
* Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube.
* Generate high-quality leads from HNIs, luxury homeowners, art collectors, architects, interior designers, and corporate buyers.
* Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
* Create audience segments, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences.
* Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
CRM & Lead Management
* Manage and maintain CRM software.
* Ensure proper lead tracking, tagging, follow-ups, and reporting.
* Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows.
* Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead quality and sales pipeline performance.
* Maintain database hygiene and ensure no lead leakage.
Lead Qualification & Cold Calling
* Contact incoming leads generated through advertisements.
* Qualify prospects based on budget, intent, timeline, and requirements.
* Conduct outbound cold calling to potential customers and prospects.
* Schedule appointments, gallery visits, home consultations, and virtual meetings.
* Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
* Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion or disqualification.
Analytics & Reporting
* Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
* Identify trends and opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
* Present actionable insights to management regularly.

* Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Experience handling CRM software such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.
* Excellent communication and sales skills.
* Comfortable with cold calling and lead qualification.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Understanding of luxury, real estate, interior design, art, or premium lifestyle audiences is a plus.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and accountable.
