About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage walk-in customers, outbound sales calls, lead follow-ups, CRM updates, and daily store operations. This is a front-desk plus inside-sales role ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, sales, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generated leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Handle walk-in customers, inbound calls, and course-related queries.
- Schedule demo classes and coordinate with trainers.
- Maintain and update lead/customer records in CRM.
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
- Support inventory tracking, attendance records, and daily store operations.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
