We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients for software development and digital marketing services.
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services (websites, apps, digital marketing).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
