Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Remote Recruitment Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment requirements.
This is a remote(Work From Home) contract role on a monthly payment basis. The selected person will support the complete recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, initial screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, job portals, professional networks, and other online platforms.
- Understand the job requirements and identify candidates matching the required skills, experience, and salary range.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates, including availability, interest level, notice period, expected salary, communication skills, and basic suitability.
- Share shortlisted candidate profiles with the internal team for review.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer-stage coordination and onboarding follow-up.
- Maintain a simple recruitment tracker with candidate details, status, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, shortlisted candidates, and recruitment pipeline.
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
- Good knowledge of online candidate sourcing methods.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage candidate coordination remotely.
- Basic understanding of technical, engineering, or IT recruitment will be an advantage.
- Ability to maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely updates.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for technical, engineering, electronics, hardware, software, or senior-level positions.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to identify suitable candidates through direct sourcing, not only through job applications.
