key Responsibilities
- System & Application Management
- Oversee chit fund management software, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital payment gateways, mobile apps, and customer portals.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades.
- Data Security & Compliance
- Safeguard sensitive customer and financial data with robust cybersecurity measures.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, IT Act, and other financial regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Infrastructure Management
- Maintain servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Optimize IT resources for cost efficiency.
- Digital Transformation
- Drive automation in chit fund operations (collections, bidding, reporting).
- Introduce analytics tools for customer insights and fraud detection.
- Support digital initiatives like mobile apps and online customer engagement.
- Team Leadership
- Lead IT staff, providing training and guidance.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and compliance teams for technology needs.
- Vendor & Budget Oversight
- Manage relationships with software vendors, fintech partners, and IT service providers.
- Prepare and monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in financial services or NBFC sector.
- Strong knowledge of chit fund management systems, fintech integrations, and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with RBI compliance, digital payments, and financial data protection.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Certifications: ITIL, CISSP, CISA, or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
- Experience in fintech or NBFC IT operations.
- Knowledge of data analytics and fraud detection tools.
