We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, analytics, and lead generation campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
- Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance using industry-standard tools.
Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage social media campaigns across major platforms.
- Develop content calendars and coordinate creative assets.
- Grow audience engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Content Marketing
- Collaborate with designers and content writers to create marketing assets.
- Plan blog content, landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress websites.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
