Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent & Employer Success Manager to drive platform growth by onboarding candidates and employers, managing client relationships, and promoting career solutions and upskilling programs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships with both candidates and employers.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Success & Onboarding
- Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
- Help candidates understand career services, subscriptions, and AI-powered tools
- Support candidates in improving career opportunities and job readiness
- Promote career development and upskilling solutions
Employer Success & Marketplace Growth
- Onboard employers and recruiters onto the Vryfide marketplace
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and hiring partners
- Ensure employers actively use the platform for job postings and hiring requirements
- Support marketplace growth and employer engagement initiatives
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital outreach
- Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets
- Maintain strong follow-up and client relationship management
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversions
Career Solutions & Course Promotion
- Promote professional courses and career enhancement programs
- Help candidates select suitable learning solutions aligned with career goals
Key Requirements
- 1–6+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, HRTech, EdTech, Customer Success, or Marketplace Operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred
