Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and other approved communication channels.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and purchase history.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer data is complete, accurate, and confidential.
Tele Sales
- Contact customers to promote new jewellery collections, festive offers, exhibitions, and exclusive events.
- Generate store walk-ins and appointment bookings.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending purchases, quotations, wish lists, and product inquiries.
- Re-engage inactive customers and convert them into repeat buyers.
- Convert customer leads into sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, CRM, Customer Service, Retail Sales, or Jewellery Industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹12,071.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
