Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and
building strong relationships with clients in the automation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automation industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Marketing:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote automation services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and
trade shows.
Enhance brand awareness and market presence through various marketing channels.
Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of automation technologies and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
1 Years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automation or
technology industry.
Requirement:
Ability to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
