This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating various activities to ensure the smooth progress of application delivery, while continuously adapting to evolving project requirements and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve project goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong experience in application design and software configuration within complex environments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to team members.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
