Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and confident Freshers to join our Study Visa & Immigration team as Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining services to clients, following up on leads, and supporting the admissions process. Training will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in study visa and immigration services.
Handle inbound inquiries and guide clients professionally.
Explain company services, visa processes, and benefits clearly.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Update call records and client details in CRM/software.
Support the counseling team in client coordination.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Provide good customer service and resolve basic queries.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Freshers can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi & Basic English.
Confident and positive personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, CRM preferred).
Willingness to learn and grow in the sales industry.
