Job Summary – Multi Technician (Engineering Department)
The Multi Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of all hotel engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works.
The role involves carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, attending guest room and public area maintenance requests, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
The incumbent will coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues, minimize equipment downtime, and enhance the overall guest experience. When assigned as Shift Supervisor, the Multi Technician will oversee engineering operations during the shift, allocate tasks, monitor maintenance activities, maintain engineering records, and ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, statutory requirements, and health and safety standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
