Job Summary
Afresh Study Abroad Pvt Ltd is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage paid advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and optimize digital marketing performance across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation campaigns, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Generate quality leads for study abroad services through digital campaigns
- Build and manage lead funnels and retargeting strategies
- Monitor ad performance, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and campaign effectiveness
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize conversions
- Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages
- Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other tools
- Prepare performance reports and suggest growth strategies
