Revenue Targets
_Target setting (revenue & non-revenue) for the team depending on the different regions/clients handled by individual Sales Executives and devising strategy to achieve targeted sales from the region and dealers/distributors.
_Create, maintain and manage plans to meet or exceed financial targets with team restructuring. Direct, measure and accurately predict financial outcomes.
_Direct region-wide opportunities and transactions to ensure balance, long-term stability and sustainability of book-of-business.
Business Development & Account Management
_Conceptualizing the strategy of sales and business development from both Macro as well as Micro perspective with Special focus towards revenue growth for different regions.
_Lead/Responsible to handle the team of 5 Sales Executives assigned for different regions for New Business generation and repeat business from existing ones.
Consistently achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual targets assigned to the region in co-ordination with the team
_Preparing and implementing Annual Sales Strategy. Creating quarterly operating plans for the region and converting them into sales pitches.
_Understand and navigate Dealer/distributors buying process and procurement policies.
_Strategizing with team on development of opportunities based on client insights and buying behaviour.
_Help team members build and maintain relationships with key Dealers/distributors and decision makers, taking the lead as necessary.
_Work collaboratively with the Production Team to identify opportunities supporting JRPL’s Strategy
_Collect and analyse market information for understanding competition trends and customer preferences for fine-tuning selling strategies.
_Engage internal resources within the organization, as needed, to ensure end-customer satisfaction.
Leadership, Teamwork and Planning
_Recognize team members' roles, responsibilities, strengths and weaknesses in order to improve and optimize team effectiveness.
_Managing Appraisal and Confirmation process and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system. Appraisal with the goal of correcting and enhancing performance.
_Use these reviews to identify possible successors, and provide them opportunities to broaden their experience and enhance their skills.
_Responsible for creating business and coaching people managers.
_Planning human resource requirements and Forecasts staffing needs based on team composition and delegating it down to the HR Executive of the company.
_Conceptualizing and developing Training & Development initiatives with divisional head for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
_Involved in support hiring and selection of candidates.
Good with networking, Target Oriented, experience in handling
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
