Service Coordinator – ELV / CCTV / Fire Alarm

Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Coordinator with 3–4 years of experience in the ELV / Electrical industry. The candidate will coordinate with clients and site engineers, manage AMC and service visits, handle technical service calls, and provide support to the field team. So the candidate should be flexible with routine office work and site visit as of when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients through calls and emails for service requirements.
- Plan and manage AMC visits, preventive maintenance and service calls.
- Coordinate and guide site/service engineers for technical issues and site requirements.
- Handle daily service schedules and follow up on pending service activities.
- Maintain AMC records, service reports, visit schedules and client communication.
- Provide technical coordination and support to field engineers from the office.
- Coordinate with clients regarding CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA System and other ELV systems.
- Visit client sites when required for inspection, service coordination and follow-up.
- Prepare service-related reports using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ensure timely completion and proper communication of service activities.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Service Coordination / Technical Coordination / ELV industry.
- Basic technical knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control and PA Systems.
- Experience in CCTV / Fire Alarm / ELV service will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and CRM software.
- Basic IT and computer knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle clients and site engineers professionally.
- Ability to guide and coordinate field engineers through calls and emails.
- Willing to travel for site visits when required.
- Vadodara local candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
