Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Organize employee engagement and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, business growth, and client interactions.
- Handle employee queries and provide solutions to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any relevant field.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and collaboratively.

Pay: ₹9,966.84 - ₹18,320.90 per month
