Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively contact potential leads from provided databases or conduct cold calling to establish interest.
- Sales Pitching & Negotiation: Effectively communicate product features and benefits using sales scripts. Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Analyze customer needs to recommend premium upgrades or complementary products/services.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Record accurate notes, maintain client databases, and log call outcomes using CRM Software.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer purchase orders, manage payments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Support & Feedback: Troubleshoot issues, address complaints, and collect feedback to assist in improving campaigns.
- Target Tracking: Regularly review personal performance metrics (e.g., call volume, conversion rates) and report directly to a Sales Manager to align with company revenue goals.

- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and the exact specifications of the services/ products being sold.
