We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining PLC programs, troubleshooting control systems, and supporting automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems for industrial automation.
- Work with HMI systems for visualization and control.
- Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning at site.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC-controlled machinery.
- Modify existing PLC programs based on operational requirements.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of programs, changes, and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in PLC programming and automation.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, and Delta
- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.
- Strong understanding of control systems and industrial communication protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commissioning and on-site support.
- Familiarity with VFDs, sensors, and industrial instrumentation.
- Knowledge of safety PLCs and industrial standards.

Mandatory
- Must be able to travel to customer sites for installation & commisioning
- Must have passport, Have Onsite Possibilities if candidate found skillful

- Must Known PLC: Mitsubishi, Siemens, AB (Others are welcomed, but these are minimum requirement)
- Must known communication of Scanner, Printer, Labview, Vision Camera, LVDT, Loadcell, Servo Motors, Drives, Transeducers, and etc.
Immediate requirement and only experienced candidate in the field of special purpose machine or automation companies are welcomed.
