Job Overview : We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Fresher Civil Engineer holding a Diploma in Civil Engineering to join our team in Agra. This is an entry-level site role perfect for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in construction, site supervision, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work matches blueprint designs.
Labor Management: Monitor site labor, track daily attendance, and assign daily tasks. Material Tracking: Check the quality and quantity of incoming construction materials.
Daily Reporting: Maintain daily site logs and report progress to the Senior Project Manager. Safety Compliance: Ensure all workers follow basic safety guidelines on-site. Requirements Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Required).
Experience: Fresher (0–1 year of experience).
Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Agra.
Skills: Basic knowledge of construction materials, ability to read drawings, and strong communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
