We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design & Bid Specialist to support our sales and project teams in preparing layouts, BOQs, proposals, and technical drawings for workplace and office furniture projects.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp & AutoCAD
- BOQ preparation and proposal drafting
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and technical drawings
Preferred
- Experience in office furniture/interiors industry
- Knowledge of 3D visualization/rendering tools is an advantage
- Candidates currently based in or preferred from Kozhikode and Malappuram
- Experience: 2–5 Years
Responsibilities
- Prepare layouts, BOQs, and technical proposals
- Create 2D/3D drawings and client presentations
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Ensure timely and accurate bid submissions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
