We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Corporate Partnerships Manager who can build strong relationships with corporates, HR leaders, CXOs, business owners and decision-makers to generate high-value leads and close corporate wellness and leadership training projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified corporate leads and business opportunities
- Connect with HR Heads, L&D Teams, CXOs and Corporate Decision Makers
- Schedule meetings, presentations and corporate demos
- Develop strategic partnerships and institutional collaborations
- Convert leads into long-term corporate clients
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful program execution
Ideal Candidate
- MBA / PGDM / Business Management preferred
- 5+ years experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or Strategic Partnerships
- Strong network in HR, Corporate, Education or Wellness sectors
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Executive presence with a confident and professional personality
- Self-driven, ambitious and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to independently manage meetings and client relationships
- Strong LinkedIn networking and corporate outreach skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
