Business Development & Sales
- Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead qualification (L2) to deal closure
- Drive new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise clients
- Conduct discovery calls, requirement analysis, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations
- Focus on client conversion post L2 calls and ensure high closure ratios
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients during the sales cycle
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and procurement teams
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure accurate solutioning
Team Enablement & Process Adherence
- Guide and mentor BDMs/BDRs handling L1 calls, ensuring quality lead qualification
- Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly syncs, and monthly performance reviews
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, reports, and sales documentation
Reporting & Performance
- Deliver detailed monthly performance reports covering:
- Calls made vs dropped
- Opportunities created
- Deals closed
- Hot / warm / cold leads
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, AI, Cloud, or Software Development
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals (₹25L+ ticket size preferred)
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with CRM tools and structured sales processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
- Background in enterprise or digital transformation sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
