Vasundhara Construction is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage construction site activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction work, manpower management, quality control, and site execution. Freshers are strictly not allowed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Manage and guide labor teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain safety standards and site discipline.
- Conduct quality checks during construction work.
- Prepare daily work reports and progress updates.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing work.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Manpower and labor management skills.
- Understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Knowledge of site safety procedures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of project scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Only candidates with relevant Civil Construction Foreman experience of 3-4 years should apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
