- Junior Full-Stack Developer (On-Site / Monthly Salary)
We do not care about your 10th or 12th certificates, your college marks, or how many backlogs you have. Indian society treats certificates as success, but we only value talent, clean code, and building real products. If you spent your time coding personal projects instead of memorizing textbooks, this role is for you.
You will be working on-site directly out of our home-office workspace.
What you must know (Strictly Skills-Based):
- Frontend: React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Backend & Database: Node.js, Supabase, or PostgreSQL.
- Git: Must know how to push code, create branches, and use GitHub cleanly.
Working Hours & Lunch:
- Full-time day shift.
- A hot, fresh lunch tiffin from a local catering service is fully paid for and delivered straight to the workspace every day, so you can focus entirely on coding.
The Selection Process (No Resumes Looked At):
1. Code Review: Show us your GitHub profile or a live link to an application you built.
2. Machine Test: A 2-hour practical coding test at our location to design a working feature.
3. Trial: A 1-week paid trial period to ensure we collaborate well together.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
