Job description:
Printer Service Technician
- Install, maintain, and repair laser, inkjet, and multifunction printers
- Diagnose hardware and software issues, replace faulty parts, and ensure printers are functioning properly.
- Perform preventive maintenance, cartridge replacement, and routine servicing to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to customers, explain service procedures, and maintain service reports.
- Coordinate with the technical team and follow company safety and quality standards during all service activities.
