Key Purpose of the Role
The position will be like a specialist, providing leadership in steering technology processes – automation, technology platforms, and applications at Miracle Foundation India. The position is responsible for representing Miracle Foundation, showcasing its expertise through leveraging technology at partnership & collaboration platforms and for providing requisite support to the Sr. Director, Program.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Product Management – Leading Role
1. Lead Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, stakeholder management, and successful delivery of digital products.
2. Drive Digital Innovation & Technology Adoption
Identify opportunities for process automation and leverage emerging technologies (including AI/ML) to improve organizational efficiency and program impact.
3. Enhance User Experience & Product Adoption
Continuously improve mobile and digital solutions through user research, feedback loops, analytics, A/B testing, release management, and user adoption strategies.
4. Collaborate Across Functions & External Stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams, technology partners, vendors, government stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to develop, implement, and scale digital solutions.
5. Ensure Product Performance & Organizational Impact
Define and monitor product KPIs, ensure quality assurance, documentation, training, and align digital products with organizational goals and program outcomes.
