Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handling telecalling activities for overdue unsecured loan accounts
✅ Managing delinquent and Non-Performing Asset (NPA) accounts
✅ Negotiating repayment plans and ensuring timely collections
✅ Following up with customers through calls and maintaining collection records
✅ Achieving collection targets while adhering to compliance guidelines
✅ Coordinating with internal teams for account resolution
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling for financial products
✔ Knowledge of unsecured loan collections and NPA management
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Pay: ₹9,574.07 - ₹27,465.12 per month
Work Location: In person
