Job Title – Quality Control Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking technically proficient Quality Control Engineer to join our Production Team. This role includes inspecting the components and material for maintaining standards and quality of final products.
Key Responsibilities
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC) of electrical components such as material specification, surface finish and dimensional accuracy to ensure procurement standards
- Inspecting the machine physically to make sure it fulfils the design and specifications requirements.
- Following quality control procedures to make sure the final product is ready to dispatch.
- Maintain documents associated with final products QAQC inspection.
Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Electronics/ B.Tech
Skills
- Experience in production environment: 2-3 years
- Experience in handling & testing electrical equipments.
- Working knowledge of electronics and circuit fundamentals required.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is preferred
- Problem solving and analytical skills to diagnose the issue with production.
- Experience in trouble shooting equipment
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Production Manager.
- Collaborates with: Production Engineers, QAQC team, Store department.
