Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create content calendars and schedule posts.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing.
- Experience running Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
