· Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) for façade systems
· Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from drawings
· Develop cutting lists for aluminium, glass, ACP, steel, etc.
· Study architectural & shop drawings with detail drawings
· Coordinate with design, procurement & production teams
· Cost estimation and material optimization
