Role Description
In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for crafting press releases, managing media relations, and executing communication strategies that elevate our brand’s presence. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure impactful and timely communication across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and distribute press releases and other PR materials.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key media contacts to enhance brand visibility.
- Implement strategic communication plans to promote the brand’s image and messaging.
- Handle media inquiries and act as the primary liaison for media communications.
- Assist with content creation and editing across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure PR strategies align with business goals.
- Monitor and track media coverage and PR campaign performance.
- Ensure deadlines are met, with an emphasis on work-life balance—no late evenings or weekend work.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in press releases, media relations, and public relations.
- Proven track record working in advertising agencies or a communications role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong writing and editing abilities.
- Ability to work productively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Degree/Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Preferred sector experience in Education, Logistics, Healthcare, Tech, Lifestyle, or the Startup ecosystem.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
