Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA programs as designed by the supervisor.
- Work one on one or in small groups with children.
- Collect data and track learner progress.
- Follow individualized intervention plans and behavior support strategies.
- Create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements: -
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education or a related field.
- ABAT or IBT certified preferred.
- Basic understanding of ABA and experience working with children is desirable.
- Good communication skills, patience and professionalism and willingness to work under clinical supervision /supervisor.
- Ability to collect behavioral data accurately and follow individualized intervention programs.
