Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating international leads, building client relationships, and closing software development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and networking.
Identify business opportunities in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, GCC, and other international markets.
Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
Required Skills
2 to 3 years of experience in IT services or software sales.
Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, SaaS, AI, or ERP solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.
