Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver training on SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Recruitment, ESS/MSS, and Reporting.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions and real-time case studies.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate participants and provide technical guidance.
- Support students in interview and career preparation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and HR business processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation or support.
- Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
