Job Description
Roljack Asia Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Panel Design & Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the design, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning of LT electrical panels and control panels while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop LT electrical panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, and control panels.
- Prepare electrical schematics, GA drawings, BOM, and wiring diagrams.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams for timely project execution.
- Supervise panel assembly, wiring, testing, and factory acceptance tests (FAT).
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, and customer specifications.
- Resolve technical issues during manufacturing and installation.
- Support site commissioning and troubleshooting when required.
- Maintain project documentation and technical records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for technical clarifications.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical panel manufacturing.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
- Understanding of electrical components such as ACB, MCCB, MCB, VFD, PLC, relays, contactors, busbars, and protection systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of LT switchgear, control wiring, and industrial automation.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, and synchronization panels.
- Knowledge of quality standards and testing procedures for electrical panels.
- Experience in industrial or EPC projects is preferred.
