Senior Executive - Enabling Areas - Reporting CDM - Growth Office

The Team
Data Management team is responsible for maintaing data and conducting industry research, analysing findings, presenting them in both written and PowerPoint documents, collaborating with multiple senior stakeholders within the firm.
Your Work Profile
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Jupiter CRM users.
- Manage user queries, issue resolution, and service requests.
- Monitor CRM health, usage, and data quality metrics.
- Coordinate with global and regional support teams on platform enhancements.
2. CRM Adoption & Change Management
- Drive user adoption initiatives across business teams.
- Conduct training sessions, awareness campaigns, and workshops.
- Develop user guides, knowledge articles, and communication materials.
- Promote best practices in opportunity management, meeting logging, and client relationship tracking.
3. Sales Pipeline Support
- Support business teams in maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines.
- Monitor opportunity hygiene and data completeness.
- Assist leadership with sales reporting and pipeline analysis.
- Ensure consistency in opportunity classification and stage management.
4. Data Quality & Governance
- Partner with Client Data Management teams to improve CRM data quality.
- Monitor account, contact, and opportunity data health.
- Support governance and compliance initiatives.
5. Reporting & Insights
- Develop and maintain CRM adoption dashboards.
- Track usage metrics, login activity, and business engagement.
- Produce management reports and actionable insights.
6. Innovation & Automation
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and analytics.
- Support rollout of new CRM capabilities and integrations.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Skills Required
- Post Gradute
- 1 - 2 years + PG
- Exp in Salesforce Usage (End User), Data Governance Reports, can provide training to juniors.
