Job Overview
ZGrowth LLP is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with potential clients, explain our digital marketing services, and convert qualified leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Call assigned leads daily using the company-provided SIM card.
- Explain ZGrowth LLP's digital marketing services professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.
- Convert potential leads into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for successful client onboarding.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with potential clients.
Company Support
- A company SIM card will be provided for official calling.
- A company mobile phone will not be provided. The selected candidate must use their own smartphone with the company-issued SIM.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Working hours as per company policy
