Job Summary
Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand business opportunities in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably in the Essential Oils, Aromatherapy, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Natural Products industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing domestic and international clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and business proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Knowledge of export sales and international business processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in Essential Oils, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Herbal Products, Fragrance, or related industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
