Job Title: Electrical Engineer (EPC Design)

Job Summary
Electrical Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in EPC detailed engineering and design of Electrical systems for various industrial projects. Experienced in handling FEED and detailed engineering activities, vendor coordination, and project execution support. compliance with international standards / Vendor standard. Advantage in knowledge in APC systems, Hands-on experience in EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities (Electrical Design - Basic & Detail Engineering)
· Experience in preparation of overall cable tray layout / Earthing / Lightning protection Layout in ACAD. Hands-on Experience 3D software will be advantage for cable tray layouts.
· Preparation and review of Single Line Diagrams (SLD), & Electrical Load list
· Preparation of UPS and DC Load Lists, utility consumption lists, and electrical load calculations.
· Preparation of Control Room Layout / E-house / ECR room with all required panel dimension details.
· Preparation of Lighting Design with DIalux & prepare the lighting design report from Dialux for client submission.
· Preparation of Power Cable Sizing Calculations along with voltage drop calculation,
cable schedules, and cable routing layouts.
· Prepare BOQ & RFQ for required Electrical items to get the offer price from vendor.
· Technical Bid Evolution (TBE) skills from various vendor inputs.
· Basic Electrical Wiring scheme checking (MCC & Process control panels).
· Understand the Client specification documentations & project specification for Electrical system design inputs.
· Vendor & Client document preparation, submission, review & re-submission up to client approval.
· Development of Control Schemes of APC control equipment & Auxiliary Equipment.
· Preparation of mandatory spare parts lists, vendor document reviews, and commissioning documentation.
· Coordination with Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil, and Site teams during engineering, installation, and commissioning activities.
· Experience in FAT, SAT, commissioning support, troubleshooting, and performance guarantee test support for ESP systems.
Technical Skills
· AutoCAD (Electrical Design & Drafting)
· DIALux (Lighting Design)
· any 3D Engineering Software (for Cable tray Layout)
· MS Excel for engineering calculations and design documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering .
4 to 6 years of EPC experience in APC (Air pollution control) Equipment / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / any Industrial EPC projects.
