Role Overview:
The Land Acquisition Executive, in close collaboration with the Streamline coordinator and the Land team, ensures that the necessary land is acquired efficiently for highway/infrastructure projects and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Land Acquisition Executive is accountable for acquiring the land on time and within budget, proactive internal and external communication and compliance to the core process of Land acquisition. The objective is to acquire all land and accompanying document before the Milestone of construction of the highway/infra development
Technical Key Responsibilities:
- Follow land acquisition strategies to support highway/infrastructure project goals.
- Identify potential land acquisition opportunities and assess their feasibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, government officials, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate surveys, appraisals, and other evaluations to determine land value and suitability.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all land acquisition activities for highway/infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with revenue authorities and government departments for acquisition processes, notifications, and approvals.
- Assisting in preparation of project reports, land schedules, and acquisition-related documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 0 to 2 years of Experience in land acquisition, construction, site engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
