About the Project
Words Worth Language System is implementing a large-scale English Language and
Digital Language Lab project across Government Schools in Jharkhand. The project
involves teacher training, capacity building, handholding support, monitoring, and
effective integration of Language Lab technology into classroom teaching.
The selected candidates will play a key role in strengthening English language
proficiency among teachers and ensuring effective utilization of the Words Worth
Language Lab ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1 ) Teacher Training & Capacity Building
- Conduct training programs for teachers on: English Language Proficiency, Communication Skills, Effective use of Language Labs
- Deliver both face-to-face and online training sessions.
- Conduct refresher training, orientation sessions, and workshops.
2 ) Handholding & Academic Support
- Provide continuous academic support to teachers after training.
- Assist teachers in integrating language lab activities into regular classroom
- teaching.
- Address teacher queries related to English language learning and pedagogy.
3) Language Lab Implementation Support
- Train teachers and Language Lab Coordinators on the effective use of the Words Worth Language Lab software.
- Monitor language lab usage and provide recommendations for improving utilization.
- Assist schools in maximizing the educational benefits of the language lab.
4 ) Travel & Coordination
- Travel extensively across districts in Jharkhand.
- Coordinate with school authorities, district officials, and project stakeholders.
- Represent the organization professionally during official visits.
Qualifications
Essential
- Graduate in English, Education, ELT, Linguistics, Humanities, or related disciplines.
- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
Preferred
- Postgraduate degree in English, ELT, TESOL, Education, or related field.
- CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
Essential: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in: English Language Training, Teacher Training, Soft Skills or Communication Skills Training, ESL/EFL Training
Preferred:
- Experience in Government education projects.
- Experience in training teachers.
- Experience with Language Labs or digital learning platforms.
- Familiarity with CEFR-aligned language learning methodologies.

Reporting To: Project Manager / Academic Head – Words Worth Language System
Ideal Candidate Profile: A passionate ESL trainer who enjoys working with teachers, is comfortable travelling extensively across Jharkhand, can independently conduct training programs, and can effectively promote the use of digital language learning tools and language lab technology in schools.
Note: Candidates with prior experience in English language training, teacher training, ESL programs, communication skills training, or language lab projects will be given preference.
Pay: From ₹32,000.00 per month
