Job Description
We are looking for a responsible resident two-person office support team for our office/residence premises.
This role is suitable for a mature and experienced couple / husband-wife team / two adult applicants applying together who are willing to stay within the company premises and jointly support daily office, premises, billing, dispatch, stock, coordination and administrative work.
Both applicants will be interviewed separately, assigned duties separately and paid separately according to their role, experience and suitability.
Company accommodation is provided within the premises. Selected candidates must complete police verification and all required residential/legal formalities before staying on the premises.
The premises follows vegetarian food/kitchen rules. Smoking, alcohol use, illegal substances and unsafe conduct are not permitted inside the premises.
Role 1: Office, Premises, Field & Driving Support
Education & Experience Required
- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in office support, premises management, field work, stock/godown work, facility coordination or similar work.
- Experience in outdoor official work such as bank, government office, court office and vendor coordination preferred.
- Valid driving licence preferred/required.
- Own two-wheeler preferred for local official work.
- Basic computer, email and internet knowledge preferred.
- Able to read and write Hindi and English.
- Mature, responsible and able to handle daily premises and field coordination work.
Main Responsibilities
- Office and premises day-to-day coordination.
- Godown, stock and material support.
- Bank, court, government office and other outdoor official work.
- Coordination with vendors, workers, cleaners, gardeners and maintenance staff.
- Supervision of cleaning, gardening, watering and general premises upkeep.
- Occasional driving for official work, if required.
- Vehicle cleaning/coordination when required.
- Basic computer, email, internet and record-related support.
- Assistance to senior management in office-related daily work.
- Other office and premises-related duties as assigned.
Role 2: Billing, Dispatch & Office Coordination
Education & Experience Required
- Graduate required/preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in billing, dispatch, transport coordination, office administration, documentation, MIS/ERP or similar work.
- Working knowledge of computer, MS Office, email, internet and ERP/MIS software preferred.
- Able to read and write Hindi and English.
- Good communication, filing and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, sincere and able to manage office work responsibly.
Main Responsibilities
- Billing and dispatch-related work.
- Transport handling and follow-up.
- Office communication, filing and documentation.
- Compliance and record support.
- MIS/ERP software entries and related work.
- MS Office, email, web-handling and internet-based work.
- Coordination with customers, vendors, transporters and internal team members.

Resident Accommodation Requirement
This is a resident/on-site role. Selected candidates must be willing to stay in company-provided accommodation within the office/residence premises.
