Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.31 - ₹30,000.18 per month
