Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the company's marketing and business development initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's services, generating business leads, coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining client relationships, and enhancing the company's brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's construction and real estate services.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and corporate customers.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Manage the company's digital marketing activities, including social media and website updates.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up on enquiries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, prequalification submissions, and corporate profiles when required.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and networking events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 2–5 years of marketing or business development experience, preferably in the civil construction, real estate, or infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM software is an added advantage.
