Role Summary
The Personal Secretary to CMD will provide administrative and coordination support to the CMD’s Office. The role involves calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel coordination, drafting correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up on routine operational matters.
The candidate should be organized, disciplined, presentable, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage CMD’s daily schedule, appointments, and meeting calendar
· Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
· Draft emails, letters, and routine business correspondence
· Maintain files, records, and confidential documents
· Handle incoming calls and communication professionally
· Coordinate with departments and branch offices for follow-ups
· Arrange travel bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries
· Prepare meeting schedules, reminders, and minutes of meetings
· Support day-to-day activities of CMD’s Office
· Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
· Graduate in any discipline
· 2–5 years of relevant experience in secretary/front office/executive coordination roles
· Good communication skills in English and Hindi
· Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Good drafting and typing skills
· Strong organizational and coordination ability
· Professional etiquette and grooming
· Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined
