Printer Service Engineer
We are looking for a Printer Service Engineer to join our team at Answer Computer India Private Limited to install, maintain, and troubleshoot printers and related devices at customer locations. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to work in a fast-paced technology service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain inkjet, laser, and multifunction printers.
- Diagnose and resolve printer hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of printers.
- Replace faulty printer parts such as rollers, fusers, pickup assemblies, and cartridges.
- Troubleshoot network and USB printer connectivity issues.
- Support customers with printer setup, driver installation, and usage guidance.
- Maintain service reports and update job status after each customer visit.
- Ensure timely resolution of service calls and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma preferred.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in printer servicing and repair.
- Hands-on knowledge of HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Kyocera, or similar printer brands.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, printer drivers, and networking concepts.
- Ability to diagnose hardware faults and perform component-level replacements.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in onsite customer support.
- Knowledge of network printers and scanning solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
