Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for domestic and international markets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and end users.
- Manage key accounts and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Lead techno-commercial discussions, costing, pricing, contract negotiations, and proposal submissions.
- Drive RFQ management, bid strategy, and sales forecasting through CRM.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and technical presentations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or process equipment.
- Demonstrated experience managing annual sales portfolios between ₹30 – 50 Crore.
- Strong understanding of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and related process equipment.
- Experience in handling EPC, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power, Pharmaceutical, and Process Industry customers.
- Expertise in techno-commercial proposals, costing, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of ASME, TEMA, API, PED, ISO, and other relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international business development and export sales.
- Existing network with leading EPC contractors, consultants, and process industry clients.
- Exposure to HTRI, PV Elite, and other engineering software.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams and driving strategic growth.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
