- BIM Modeling: Create, develop, and maintain 3D electrical models using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit) to represent electrical systems accurately.
- Design Integration: Collaborate with the design team to ensure that electrical designs are integrated seamlessly with architectural and structural components.
- Clash Detection: Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building components, such as plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements.
- Design Optimization: Provide input for design optimization to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of electrical systems.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other disciplines, including architects, structural engineers, and mechanical engineers, to ensure proper alignment of electrical systems within the overall project.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM processes and electrical designs adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BIM technicians and engineers within the team.
