Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with existing and potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
- Generate and identify new business leads through online research, referrals, social media, and outbound outreach
- Assist clients with onboarding and initial software setup
- Provide basic software-level support and help clients understand platform features
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution and escalations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
- Explain company products and services clearly to prospects and clients
- Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, support requests, and customer updates
