The Role
- We're hiring a Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for potential clients someone who can turn a conversation into a partnership. You'll be calling leads, qualifying prospects, pitching our services, building proposals, and managing meetings from first hello to signed deal.
- This is not a script-reading role. This is a relationship-building role for someone who genuinely gets excited talking about brands, content, and business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Calling assigned leads daily and engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their brand and business needs
- Qualifying prospects and scheduling discovery calls and meetings with decision-makers
- Preparing clear, tailored proposals that map Masrah's services to the client's specific goals
- Conducting and managing client meetings — both virtual and in-person — with professionalism and confidence
- Following up consistently to move prospects through the pipeline and close deals
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Hitting and exceeding monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions
- Collaborating closely with the creative and production team to ensure seamless client onboarding
What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling — freshers with the right energy are welcome
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and persuasive communication is non-negotiable
- Strong personality with the ability to make a great first impression and hold a room
- Presentable, professional, and comfortable with onsite client interactions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient — you don't take "no" personally, you take it as information
- Genuine curiosity about brands, storytelling, and the creative world is a big plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
